When I worked on a podcast for Lumen, one of the guests, Trenton Thornock stood out. Fast forward and I find myself in a role where I am producing customer story documentaries. I pitched the idea of covering this story in a documentary format and was able to produce it from beginning to end. This was a career highlight.
